After a few years’ break, PMU is delighted to have reinvigorated our Team Timothy short-term missions program with a domestic team to Northern California. I wrote much more fully about the NorCal work last month, but thought you might like to see some additional pictures of the work that was done there in the towns of Yreka and Redding.

I would also like to give a preview of our planned upcoming overseas ministry in the jungles of Peru, scheduled for January, 2020. Long-time readers of the Banner may remember the name of Rev. Roldán Rodriquez, who served as our able and enthusiastic translator in Bolivia when we labored there. Pastor Roldán is from the Iquitos, Peru, area in the Amazon basin, where he labors in church planting efforts along the tributaries of that great river. For years he and the brethren there have asked us to come to assist in the work and even explore the possibilities of starting new Bible Presbyterian churches ourselves, and finally, we are set to go. Application packets for this exciting team will be ready soon, so be praying about whether or not the Lord would  have  you  participate!  Evangelism,  teaching, building,  and

Music ministry (depending on the makeup of the team!) are all anticipated activities as we will travel by boat into remote areas with the gospel. Keep an eye out for further details to come in the near future.
