God’s Grace at Yangon BP Church

Posted on Jan 7, 2013

After six years of ministering in the city of Yangon, the Yangon BP church moved to East Dagon, a suburban of Yangon, in June, 2012, expecting to find a better and permanent place for the church. The Lord has blessed the church at this new location by drawing many new observers and interested people to the church worship service. The church sees around five to ten visitors at the service on every Sunday. Now by the end of the year, the church has received twenty people as new members. The church is expecting to receive more new members in the near future.

From the observation of what the Lord is doing here with us, we are confident that we have moved to the right location. We are now teaching these new members the basic foundation of the Christian faith so that they may be firmly rooted in the truth and grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Some of them are also admitted to the Bible school so they are now being equipped for the service and the future leadership of the church.

We believe that there are greater blessings in store for us in the future. As we enter into this New Year, 2013, we will attempt to do great things for the Lord and also expect great things from the Lord. To God be all the glory and honor. Amen. — Rev. Khawl Ro Kima
